Amanda Sosebee

After her first career teaching high school Spanish, Amanda knew that she wanted to find another way to serve her community. Somehow that led her to accounting. Since earning her Master’s in Accounting, Amanda has worked almost exclusively with nonprofit organizations. Her professional experience has included public audit, internal audit, financial accounting, and preparing tax forms. Her goal as a nonprofit accountant is to help all stakeholders to understand the financials so they can make the best decisions they can to continue to help people. Amanda loves to travel, meet new people, take naps in hammocks, and start craft projects, forget about them, and then finish them several months or years later. She lives with her husband, who she started dating in high school, and their hilarious toddler, Tommy.
