Appalachian Voices Opens Southwest Virginia Office
Our three team members based in central Appalachia have been busily working on our economic diversification campaign and efforts to stop mountaintop removal and the harmful effects of coal mining for the past year. We’re glad to now have an office space to call home!
Stop by and say hi at 816 Park Ave. SW in downtown Norton, Va. Our Economic Diversification Program Coordinator Adam Wells and Central Appalachian Field Coordinators Tarence Ray and Willie Dodson are often out meeting with community members, so if you’re planning a trip to come see us, please give us a call at (276) 679-1691.
