An analysis of the relationship between poverty and electricity costs in the Southeast and promotion of stronger electric utility investment in residential energy efficiency. To supplement the report, we published three maps as part of Google’s Maps Galley (no longer available) illustrating the need for programs that finance comprehensive home energy efficiency investments throughout the Southeast.
