Flooding is a persistent problem in the Clearfork Valley, so you likely know the spot on the road that floods after heavy rain, or where water collects near your property. Your local knowledge matters.

Join the Woodland Community Land Trust and partners for a flood-mapping workshop and community dinner on Friday, Nov. 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Clearfork Community Institute! We’re working with Appalachian Voices, university and local partners on a community flood-mapping project to better understand where flooding happens and identify potential solutions.

Come for dinner and share your experience! Childcare is provided.
