Sen. Joe Manchin recently shared a wish list for permitting reforms that would greatly benefit the fossil fuel industry and attempt to allow completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline.

At the end of July, the House passed the STREAM Act with a vote of 391 to 9. This commonsense bill would let states spend their Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding on cleaning up acid mine drainage. Now the Senate needs to act!
