On the evening July 27 / morning of July 28, a deluge of nearly twelve inches of rain caused devastating flooding in several counties in Southwest Virginia and Eastern Kentucky.

Luckily, our SWVA staff and our office in Norton have had only minor impacts so far. Some of our partner organizations and communities have not been so fortunate.
