Good News for The Kentucky Supreme Court recently ruled in favor of Appalachian Voices, Kentuckians for the Commonwealth, Kentucky Riverkeeper and others, upholding a judge’s decision to allow us to intervene in a settlement between two coal companies and state regulators. A strong editorial from the Lexington Herald-Leader rebuked Kentucky regulators for failing to protect the state’s water.
